Shipping FAQ

Here at Demmie, we take pride in our fast shipping times!

All Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and typically take 4-5 business days to arrive.

(US ORDERS)

EVERY order will NEED to be signed for before it is delivered to you. If consumer is unable to sign for the package, the courier will bring it back to the local post office. Please check your local post office.

USPS DELAYS:

Occasionally USPS can have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays on USPS part. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local USPS for help! They are great about assisting you in locating your package if you call your LOCAL USPS directly.

International Shipping:

 We offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING!

All orders shipped outside of the US can take 1-3 weeks to arrive. Some countries outside of the US charge taxes on your order. This is not common but CAN happen. We are not responsible for these fees. Once your order is shipped, all shipping fees non-refundable. All sales are final.
